We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) to shape and run paid search campaigns that hit our KPIs and business goals. You'll be key in making sure everything stays on track and delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Own advertising tools such as Amazon Ads and Google Ads
• Work with a high degree of autonomy and self-sufficiency
• Cross-functionally collaborate with operations and growth teams to optimize landing pages, driving measurable increases in conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other teams to establish an alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like Margin, TACOS, Sales, etc.
• Put forward new innovative ideas to test to drive performance improvements
• Report results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on paid search experience on any advertising platform (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Amazon Ads)
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio (data manipulation, basic formulas, making charts, pivot tables, and analyzing data)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience utilizing data to drive improvements
• Ability to make technical requirements for analysts to automate the reports you need
• Ability and understanding of how to scale advertising campaigns
• Fluent English
