These terms apply to hsm.arisoft.nl ("Arisoft HSM"), run by Arisoft, Van Embdenstraat 820, 2628 ZP Delft, the Netherlands, KvK 42057545. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What the service is
Arisoft HSM lists employers in the IND public register of recognised sponsors and the jobs they publish on their own careers pages. Searching and reading is free and needs no account.
2. Information, not advice
- Arisoft HSM is not affiliated with the IND (Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst) or any employer listed.
- A listing means an employer can apply for a Highly Skilled Migrant permit. It does not mean a job qualifies, that a permit will be granted, or that the employer will hire you. Salary thresholds and other conditions apply.
- We update the data often, but it can be incomplete or out of date. Check a sponsor's status on ind.nl and the job on the employer's own site before you rely on it.
3. Jobs belong to the employers
We show the employer's description and link to the original posting, which is always the source of truth. You apply on the employer's site; we are not part of the application and do not see it. Employers can have their jobs removed; see HSMBot.
4. Fair use
Do not disrupt the site, get around its limits, or copy substantial parts of the directory by automated means. Do not use the forms for anyone else's email address.
5. Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the information on it, for the content of employers' sites, or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
6. Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
