Responsibilities
→
Lead and support a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient use of team resources
→
Coordinate development activities with international project teams and cross-disciplinary groups including chip, FPGA and hardware development
→
Ensure adherence to established development processes, quality standards and project milestones
→
Collaborate with system and software architects to design and specify software modules and system interfaces
→
Contribute hands-on to software architecture, design and implementation
→
Work with system engineers to define and prepare test platforms for validating software on target hardware
qualifications
→
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field
→
At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development
→
Strong programming skills in C and C++
→
Good understanding of software development processes such as V-Model, Automotive SPICE or CMMI
→
Initial experience in technical leadership or project coordination is a plus
→
Knowledge of functional safety and/or cybersecurity is an advantage
