Wij zoeken een Medewerker Crediteuren- / Debiteurenadministratie.

Functie omschrijving

Ben jij een enthousiaste hands-on financial met een goede speurneus? Vind je het leuk om complexe crediteuren & debiteuren te administreren, actief mee te denken met het verbeteren van processen en werk je graag binnen een (zeer) internationale omgeving? Reageer dan nu!

Je bent samen met collega's verantwoordelijk voor de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, de registratie en verwerking van de kosten / goederen facturen en mede verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige betaling hiervan, en het invoeren van de informatie in onze administratie en computer systemen alsook het compleet houden van order dossiers en verdere bijbehorende administratie.

De functie is bij uitstek geschikt voor een MBO'er met een paar jaar werkervaring die ervaring wil opdoen in het administratieve werkveld bij een internationaal bedrijf.

• Controleren en verwerken inkomende / uitgaande facturen.
• Intern afstemmen over afwijkingen.
• Van tijd tot tijd kun je bijspringen bij andere processen, waaronder debiteurenadministratie.
• Bijdragen aan verschillende projecten binnen de afdeling.

Jouw kwaliteiten

Je wordt lid van een team van circa 8 collega's die de administratie voert. Je bent zowel analytisch (staat boven het proces, op afstand) maar tegelijkertijd ook een teamspeler in de zin dat je in staat bent het gedrag te beïnvloeden van leveranciers en collega's.

De ideale kandidaat heeft een goed gevoel voor prioritering van werkzaamheden in het proces en kan daarbij de balans tussen snelheid van korte termijn oplossing en de structurele oplossing goed bewaken.

• Bij voorkeur MBO 4 opleiding in bedrijfsadministratie.
• Daarnaast ben je communicatief, servicegericht en een teamplayer.
• Je bent nauwkeurig, je doorgrondt met gemak de situatie, bent proactief en oplossingsgericht.
• Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels in geschrift.
• Je hebt goede vaardigheden met Excel, ervaring met Exact Globe is een pré
• Je reistijd van/naar ons kantoor in Amsterdam Zuidoost (Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena) is < 45 minuten enkele reis.

• New IMO 4_L4BN tank containers

ECEM has in order to meet the growth of their business, and in addition to their own fleet of IBCs now also commissioned the use of 6 new IMO 4_L4BN tank containers of each 35.000 liters plus 2 tank containers with 2 compartments each 17.500 liters for dedicated transport of our materials to customers.
