Discover the Role
To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Accountants and/or Senior Accountants including but not limited to.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify invoices, supporting documents for tax filing, payments and bookkeeping.
- Prepare Bank Transfer Requests, upload file to Bank’s system.
- Issue invoices on behalf of clients.
- Declaring the Value Added Tax reports.
- Checking / reconciling data received from clients before book-keeping.
- Book-keeping simple accounting modules such as cash module, accounts payable/receivable module.
- Document filing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Final year students or Fresh Graduates majoring in Accounting/ Auditing.
- Can work fulltime.
- Clear career orientation in Accounting/Tax.
- Studying CPA/ ACCA/ ICAEW-ACA certificates is preferred.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy.
