Enterprise Trust Lead

You will become part of the Portfolio Management team within Nedap Security.

From this position, you work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales. Together with our Enterprise Trust Engineers, you build the capabilities that enable Nedap Security to grow as a trusted enterprise software partner.

The salary range for this role is between € 5.000 and € 6.500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month’s pay, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder. Required skills

You enjoy combining technical depth with strategic thinking and know how to connect people with different perspectives.

You also bring

• Experience with modern software and SaaS architectures;
• Experience with enterprise security and assurance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2;
• Experience working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Security and Compliance;
• The ability to translate technical, commercial and organizational perspectives into practical solutions;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with enterprise customers;
• A pragmatic mindset with a strong drive to improve rather than add unnecessary complexity;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, commercial teams and senior customer stakeholders;
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
