Senior Design Engineer

As a Senior Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our products. You’ll take ownership of features, guiding them from ideation to implementation, and ensure they meet our high standards for design and functionality. Your craft will help drive the success of Lemni.

What you’ll do

You’ll have the autonomy to lead key initiatives and bring your expertise to bear on challenging projects. Whether designing new tools, refining workflows, or solving complex problems, you’ll make a lasting impact on Lemni’s products and team.

Take ownership of product features and drive them from ideation to execution

—

Implement features using JavaScript/TypeScript and React

—

Build and refine interaction patterns and establish UI standards

—

Create high-quality prototypes to communicate design concepts

—

Iterate on and enhance existing features to continuously improve user experience

—

Build proof-of-concepts and proposals for new ideas

—

Collaborate closely with engineering

—

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements

—

8+ years of experience as a designer, front-end engineer, or both

—

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React

—

Passion for tools, design, and Ai

—

Strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills

—

Ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping

—

Familiarity with technical tools like Git and VSCode
