• Put customers at the centre of everything you do
• Manage customer enquiries, orders and correspondence
• Provide clear and accurate product and service information
• Take ownership of problems and complaints through to resolution
• Build trusted relationships through friendly, reliable service
• Keep accurate records and confidently use our customer systems
• Champion customer feedback and help us continually improve
