Logistics Employee Bakery

Join our modern bakery in Aalsmeer and play a vital role in ensuring our fresh bread reaches customers on time. As an order picker, you’ll combine physical tasks with system-based responsibilities, working in a dynamic environment where quality and safety are key. With fixed evening and night shifts, you’ll enjoy a structured schedule, opportunities for career growth, and perks like free bread during breaks.Your responsibilities include:

• Allocate bread to the correct customer locations using our distribution information system.
• Perform final quality checks before products leave the bakery.
• Record shortages or surpluses in the system accurately.
• Assist in loading transport vehicles and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow established procedures and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.

Wat heb je nodig?

• MBO-level education with logistics or relevant experience.
• Comfortable with routine tasks and following procedures consistently.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Physically fit for standing, lifting, and active tasks.
• Proficient in Dutch or English for communication and systems.

Wat bieden we jou?

• Salary & Benefits: €17.17 gross per hour + allowances, weekend bonuses, travel allowance, free parking and bread discounts.
• Contract & Hours: Temporary contract with permanent prospects, 35–40 hours per week and fixed evening/night shifts (17:00–03:00).
• Training & Growth: Two-week onboarding, targeted training and opportunities to progress into process improvement or team leadership.
• Work Environment: Modern automated bakery in Aalsmeer, friendly team and an informal atmosphere.
