We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Ongoing Monitoring - Sub TL role. Reporting to the KYC Remediation Lead, this full-time and permanent position is based in China, Foshan and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Client Acceptance and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily BAU/ remediation client due diligence (CDD/EDD) matters in various jurisdictions, such as conducting research on due diligence information, maintaining proper customer records, updating progress report, reviewing information supplied by clients and corresponding to internal clients
• Lead, coach, and oversee a team of due diligence analysts, providing daily guidance, workload allocation, performance monitoring, and support to ensure service quality and timely delivery of team objectives.
• Act as the key escalation point for complex cases and support process improvement, knowledge sharing, and staff development within the team.
• Manage emails and respond based on the requirement and turn-around time; Data input of clients’ details into the system. Transaction analysis of large amount or suspicious transactions.
• Perform world-check on all applicants and ensure information is saved and filed securely
• Follow up due diligence matters on professionals and end-user clients’ non-complied companies
• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 5 years of working experience in AML/KYC/CDD preferred
• High degree of professional integrity. Independent, self-motivated and pro-active
• A team player with excellent communication skills. Meticulous attention to details
• Fluent English in writing and listening
