Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. Significant progressive experience in strategic HR business partnering, talent or organizational effectiveness, ideally in a complex global environment. Demonstrated impact across talent management, succession, leadership development, workforce planning, organization design and change. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people choices to commercial and operational outcomes. Exceptional executive influencing, stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills. A data-driven, pragmatic mindset and the ability to move multiple priorities from concept to sustained impact. Fluency in written and spoken English.
