We are looking for a highly passionate and competent professional, to cover the position of FOOD LABELLING & PRODUCT CODING COORDINATOR for a temporary contract following a maternity leave.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the coordinator will focus on the back office tasks of product management for all long shelf life foods products of Del Monte in Europe & Middle East, which includes the creation of product codes, the creation and management of packaging labels and other general marketing administrative duties.

The successful candidate will handle the following tasks

• Manage the database of product codes, internal and external including conformity with supply & sales processes and following our regional and global IT tools platforms
• Participate to general marketing projects coordination bringing the product back office coding and labelling perspectiv
• Coordinate production and delivery of all labels and packaging materials artworks for all prepared food items for all markets/languages in required leadtimes
• Ensure day to day relationship and communication with internal stakeholders, in particular Quality & regulatory department, supply & toll packing coordination team, procurement team in the factories, sales and export managers team and internal marketing team especially the graphic design team

Skills/Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Excellent MS office skills
• Ability to operate pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Effective project management skills
• Sound understanding of marketing principles
• Effective understanding of graphic design processes, knowing Adobe Illustrator basics would be a plus
• Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals
• Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts
• Influencing without authority and obtaining speedy execution from other departments
