"🚨 Freelance HSE Supervisor – Sestao, Spain

\n\nFor an industrial plant revamp project in Sestao (Bilbao area), OCRE is looking for an experienced freelance HSE Supervisor.

\n\n📍 Location: Sestao, Spain\n📅 Start: Around 1 October 2026\n⏳ Duration: Approx. 6 weeks\n🕐 Up to 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

\n\nWe are looking for someone with

\n\n• Minimum 3 years’ HSE experience in industrial environments\n• Experience in steel, metalworking, metallurgy, oil & gas or mining\n• HSE qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, PRL or equivalent\n• Experience with PTW, LOTO, toolbox talks, inspections and incident reporting\n• Commissioning experience preferred\n• English minimum B2\n• Spanish strongly preferred\n• Available for continuous site presence

\n\nPreference will be given to candidates already based in Spain, ideally in the Bilbao / Basque Country area.
