About the role

This is a 100% on-site position based in our cozy office in Amstelveen.

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the Business Development team by managing internal pre-sales and post-sales processes. You will act as the key liaison between the external Sales team and internal departments such as Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Legal. Your role will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer data, order processing, documentation, and after-sales coordination to help drive smooth and successful customer experiences.

Main responsibilities

General Responsibilities

Be responsible for
initiating the first contact with potential customers through leads generated from events, marketing activities, as well as outbound and inbound campaigns.
Present the company, act as the first point of engagement, and build trust to convince prospects while following up on their needs.
Continuously developing technical knowledge to become highly skilled and well-informed about Zerova’s products and software, ensuring confidently addressing customer questions and providing
accurate solutions.
Be responsible for coordinating the customization discussion with the internal stakeholders.

Pre-Sales Suppor

Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) applications and coordinate responses to tenders.
Prepare and submit company documentation required for tender processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
Track customer progress through the sales pipeline and update records accordingly.
Liaise with clients’ legal teams to manage contract review and signature processes.
Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including reporting.

Sales Coordination & Order Managemen

Confirm customer orders, verify pricing and product details, and enter orders into ERP.
Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Prepare invoices and packaging documentation in collaboration with the Operations and Finance teams.
Track payments and follow up with relevant stakeholders on outstanding items.
Support resolution of customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Generate sales reports and provide updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Willingness to commute daily to our office in Amstelveen- this is a fully on-site role.
Applicants must have the right to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order processing.
Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP ERP is a strong advantage.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
