De positie

As HR Business Partner EUV Factory, you will serve as the strategic and operational HR partner for a large and complex business area with a significant senior management population. As a member of the department's leadership team, you will work closely with business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies and HR solutions.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and provide expert guidance across all HR disciplines, balancing tactical business needs with longer-term people priorities.

People Strategy & Agenda

• Contribute to the people agenda for the sector or function and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for your business area.
• Drive the tactical people agenda and support the implementation of people-related initiatives.
• Implement, communicate, and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
• Advise managers on policy interpretation and application.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Workforce Planning

• Facilitate workforce and people planning activities.
• Partner closely with business leaders to successfully implement workforce plans.

HR Processes, Projects & Programs

• Support managers and employees in the effective implementation of HR core processes.
• Drive the deployment of global, sector, country, and business-specific HR programs and policies.
• Participate in or lead HR projects at functional, sector, or country level.
• Collaborate regularly with HR colleagues and stakeholders on a global scale.

Workforce & Talent Management

• Design and implement HR interventions tailored to business needs.
• Connect organizational challenges with appropriate HR solutions.
• Partner closely with HR Expertise and People Services teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions within the global HR framework.

Team, Leadership & Employee Development

• Act as a trusted sparring partner to management teams and individual leaders.
• Support leadership development and team effectiveness using established development frameworks.
• Coach managers and key employees to enhance performance, behaviors, and personal growth.
• Facilitate team development journeys and independently intervene in situations involving team dysfunction or performance challenges.

Organization Design & Change Management

• Lead workstreams or small projects within broader transformation and change initiatives.
• Support the successful adoption of change and help embed desired behaviors and organizational culture.

HR Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
• Use data-driven recommendations to address business challenges, strengthen employee engagement, and improve organizational performance.

Internal Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality HR support that enables the successful execution of business strategies and objectives.

Employee Relations

• Investigate and manage complex employee relations cases.
• Work closely with managers, Employee Relations specialists, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Prepare documentation and recommendations for case resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local legislation.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex and dynamic environment.
• Broad knowledge across all key HR disciplines.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong capabilities in leadership development, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
• Experience leading or contributing to HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases and compliance-related matters.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively manage competing priorities.

Aanbod

You will be contracted by YER and work at ASML. The following conditions apply:

• Contract for 32-40 hours a week
• Salary range starting at €6,800 gross per month
• 25 vacation days, with the option to buy more
• 8,33% holiday allowance
• Travel expenses
