YOUR IMPACT

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a trusted, customer-facing technical advisor, working alongside Sales to understand customer challenges, shape opportunities and demonstrate how OpenText technology can deliver meaningful business outcomes.

You will

• Support customer opportunities through discovery, demonstrations, solution design, RFP responses and technical follow-up, taking ownership in partnership with Sales.
• Translate complex technical capabilities and integration concepts into clear business outcomes and compelling customer solutions.
• Design and demonstrate solutions across B2B integration, supply chain, e-invoicing, trading partner connectivity and managed services.
• Use AI as a core part of the role to accelerate research, preparation, solution design, demo creation and customer engagement.
• Develop knowledge across the wider OpenText portfolio, identifying cross-portfolio opportunities and creating customer stories that demonstrate how solutions work together.
• Collaborate with Sales, experienced Solutions Consultants, Product Management and Engineering, bringing in specialist expertise when needed.
• Create reusable demos, prototypes, solution assets and technical content, while bringing fresh thinking around AI, automation, agents and emerging technologies to the wider Solutions Consulting organization.

• A highly customer-facing Solutions Consulting role where you can own technical aspects of opportunities and directly influence customer outcomes.

• Increasing ownership and autonomy as you build your technical, commercial and customer-facing capabilities.
• Occasional travel (10–15%) across Europe to connect with customers and colleagues.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Experience in a pre-sales, consulting, solution engineering or technical customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of B2B integration, supply chain, e-invoicing, trading partner connectivity and managed services, with an understanding of APIs, data flows, cloud technologies and modern enterprise architectures.
• Confidence engaging with customers, understanding their needs and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Experience supporting discovery, demonstrations, solution design, RFP responses and technical follow-up in partnership with Sales.
• A strong interest in AI, automation, agents and emerging technologies, and how they can enhance customer engagement and solution development.
• Highly curious, technically capable and able to learn quickly, with an interest in developing knowledge across the wider OpenText portfolio.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with fluency in Dutch and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Management, Engineering and technical specialist teams.
