Jouw rol: Als Productie Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van productiebatches in lijn met de afgesproken volumes. Je zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen de capaciteitsbenutting in productie en de gewenste service- en voorraadniveaus in onze productie- en distributiecentra. Verder analyseer je data en stel je rapportages op, en neem je initiatieven om de KPI’s van de afdeling te verbeteren. Deelname aan projecten gericht op verbetering van logistieke activiteiten en het onderhouden van parameters in ons MRP-systeem (SAP R/3) behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Plannen van productiebatches volgens afgesproken volumes.
• Zorgen voor een optimale balans tussen capaciteitsbenutting en service- en voorraadniveaus.
• Analyseren van data en opstellen van rapportages.
• Initiëren van verbetermaatregelen voor afdeling KPI’s.
• Deelnemen aan projecten ter verbetering van logistieke processen.
• Onderhouden van parameters in het MRP-systeem (SAP R/3).

Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een gedreven en analytische Productie Planner met:

• Een MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau in een logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting.
• Inzicht in en kennis van logistieke processen.
• Vaardigheden in MS Office op gebruikersniveau.
• Kennis van planningsystemen, met name SAP R/3 (PP/MM), is een pré.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Het vermogen om goed in teamverband te functioneren.
• Besluitvaardigheid en stressbestendigheid.
• Een scherp analytisch denkvermogen en gevoel voor de processen binnen een fabriek.
• De ambitie om op termijn een senior rol te ambiëren met de daarbij behorende verantwoordelijkheden.
