Project Manager

About the role

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and financial forecasts based on the contract;
• Structure project activities and lead multidisciplinary project teams;
• Coordinate maritime operations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage and support project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks when necessary;
• Recognize commercial opportunities and optimization possibilities within projects;
• Maintain client relationships and ensure clear and effective project communication;
• Deliver input for tendering for future projects;
• Report to management.

Your Qualifications

• A master’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Offshore Engineering, Maritime Studies or similar;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Senior Project Engineer in a similar role within the industry;
• Experience in managing complex technical projects;
• Knowledge of engineering processes and collaboration with subcontractors;
• Experience with contract management and risk management;
• Familiarity with international offshore regulations and legislation;
