• Contract Type: Part-time working student contract (Werkstudent, from 15 hours up to 20 hours/week) or full-time mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum, minimum 6 months)
• Location: Hybrid (Candidates must be based near Kempten, Germany)

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider Group Marketing team, you will contribute directly to the successful execution, tracking, and reporting of our online activities. We are seeking a reliable self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude who is eager to learn, take ownership of their tasks, and see their ideas implemented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, proofreading, and scheduling of text and visual content for our LinkedIn page and company website, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support the tracking and analysis of campaign performance across platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot), gathering data for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Format, manage and upload content (blog posts, news, press releases) via our Content Management System (WordPress).
• Proactively monitor competitor digital activity and research online marketing trends, summarising crucial insights for the team.
• Provide administrative support, including organising digital assets and maintaining campaign documentation.
• Contribute to group-wide projects related to sustainability and flexible packaging, gaining valuable exposure to key industry initiatives.
• Support daily marketing operations and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth execution across the department.

Qualifications

We value potential and a strong willingness to learn over extensive experience.

• Must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar). Please note: This position is strictly open to active students; graduates are not eligible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English are essential. Additional European languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of key online marketing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Analytics 4, CMS) and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• A genuine interest or passion for the packaging industry and B2B marketing; prior coursework or relevant experience is a definite plus.
• High reliability and attention to detail when handling data and routine tasks, combined with a proactive 'can-do' attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
