Technical Support Specialist

You will join Nedap’s healthcare support team, providing second-line support to our customers’ application administrators. Colleagues bring different areas of expertise, and we work together to help customers move forward.

Salary: Based on your knowledge and experience. The salary for this role ranges from €3,650 to €4,350 gross per month, based on a full-time, 38-hour working week.

You enjoy learning, working with others, and taking ownership. You ask follow-up questions, look beyond the first answer, and take initiative when you see room for improvement. You follow through on commitments and know when to work independently and when to involve others. You share knowledge, welcome feedback, and communicate clearly with both customers and technical colleagues.

At Nedap, you have the freedom to make decisions, contribute ideas, and develop yourself. We are looking for someone who actively uses that freedom. You are curious about how systems communicate, for example through APIs, and how Single Sign-On (SSO) works. How you learn, collaborate, and take responsibility matters most to us.

In addition, you have

A bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences (Dutch HBO) or higher.

•

A good command of Dutch and English.

•

Knowledge of healthcare planners’ workflows or experience with technical integrations and data connections is a plus, but not required.

•

An affinity with healthcare is a plus, but not required.

Good to know: You are available to work 32–38 hours per week. Hybrid working is common at Nedap, and you and your team decide together on your working hours to support a healthy work-life balance. You are expected to be on our campus in Groenlo at least twice a we
