Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Planning: Design weekly lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles, abilities, and individual student needs.
• Curriculum Collaboration: Partner with Mandarin-speaking co-teachers to deliver a cohesive, dual-language Montessori curriculum. *
• Material Design: Create specialized English Montessori materials across all classroom areas.
• Classroom and Family Engagement: Maintain a safe, positive learning environment and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Professional Development: Participate actively in team meetings, planning cooperatives, and school-wide workshops.

Qualifications

• Holds an AMI 3-6 credential or is currently enrolled in training.
• Native English speaker with a deep passion for language, reading, and creative writing.
