Are you an experienced Data Center Design Engineer looking to make an impact on large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Senior Data Center Design Engineer to join a global technology organization and play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of next-generation data center facilities.

In this position, you will work on complex data center projects across Europe, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions that support rapid business growth and technological advancement.

What are you going to do?

• Lead technical design and engineering reviews for new data center developments and expansions.
• Develop innovative, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
• Translate business and operational requirements into detailed engineering designs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external design partners.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, reliability targets, and sustainability objectives.
• Support commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within data center design practices.

What do we ask?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data center design, mission-critical facilities, or similar infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems within data centers.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as Uptime Institute, TIA-942, and IEC guidelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
