Qual será o teu impacto?

Nesta função, não irás apenas gerir clientes, terás um papel direto no crescimento do negócio e na evolução da área, contribuindo para a definição e implementação de soluções com impacto direto nos clientes.

• O crescimento da área de Learning & Consulting
• O desenvolvimento e fidelização de clientes estratégicos
• A identificação de oportunidades de negócio e expansão da área
• Os resultados comerciais e o posicionamento da área no mercado
• O desenvolvimento de soluções de formação e Human Capital ajustadas às necessidades dos clientes

What you’ll be doingPrincipais responsabilidades

• Gestão e desenvolvimento de carteira de clientes
• Prospecção e conquista de novos clientes
• Levantamento de necessidades e desenho de soluções à medida
• Apresentação e negociação de propostas comerciais
• Desenvolvimento de soluções de formação e Human Capital
• Participação na estratégia e crescimento da área
• Cumprimento de objetivos comerciais

• Tens experiência em desenvolvimento de negócio, preferencialmente em consultoria
• Forte orientação comercial e para o cliente
• Experiência na gestão de clientes e identificação de oportunidades de negócio
• Capacidade de autonomia, iniciativa e tomada de decisão
• Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação
• Disponibilidade para deslocações
• Carta de condução
