Atlas Nextwave are seeking a 360 Consultant to take ownership of the full search lifecycle—from business development and client management through to candidate execution and delivery.

This role is suited to a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building client relationships, originating mandates, and executing senior-level searches. You will work closely with Partners while also developing your own client base and market presence.

Job description

Business Development & Client Management

• Develop and manage relationships with private equity funds, infrastructure investors, and portfolio

companies across Asia

• Originate and win new search mandates through proactive outreach, referrals, and market engagement
• Position the firm as a trusted advisor in leadership hiring within infrastructure and investment markets
• Understand client strategies and hiring needs to provide tailored talent solutions
• Manage end-to-end client relationships throughout the search lifecycle

Search Execution & Delivery

• Lead the full execution of retained and contingent search mandates
• Define search strategies, target lists, and candidate approaches
• Identify, engage, and assess senior-level candidates across relevant sectors
• Conduct detailed interviews and present high-quality shortlists to clients
• Manage offer processes, negotiations, and candidate closing

Candidate Origination & Network Building

• Build and maintain a strong network of senior professionals across private equity, infrastructure, and

portfolio companies

• Develop long-term relationships with candidates, tracking career moves, motivations, and

compensation benchmarks

• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout their career journeys

Market Intelligence & Advisory

• Provide clients with insights on:

o Talent availability and competitor mapping

o Compensation benchmarks and hiring trends

o Organizational structures within funds and portfolio companies

• Continuously build deep knowledge of the APAC private equity and infrastructure talent landscape

Brand Building & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to the firm’s market presence through:

o LinkedIn content and thought leadership

o Industry engagement and networking events

o Client pitches and marketing materials

• Support positioning of the firm as a leading advisor in infrastructure and investment talent

Job requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a client-facing commercial role
• Proven track record in business development and/or revenue generation
• Experience hiring into private equity, infrastructure, energy, or financial services is preferred
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with senior team members
• High level of commercial acumen and market awareness
• Strong communication, negotiation, and execution capabilities
