As a Senior Consultant, you will work alongside young, ambitious IT recruitment professionals. Your talent for building new connections and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates sets you apart. What you will do?

• Guide consultants;
• Acquiring new clients;
• Managing client relationships;
• Build and maintain a professional network;
• Write and post IT vacancies;
• Review and process job applications;
• Create a pool of suitable candidates;
• Assist IT professionals in their career moves;
• Guide candidates through the application process.

You can relate to this

• Completed a bachelor's degree;
• A proactive networker
• Residing in (the area of) Amsterdam;
• At least two years of experience in sales and/or recruitment;
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English.

• Salary ranging from €3,000 to €3,500 gross per month;
