Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint ISC Consultant with strong expertise in Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) to design, implement, and support IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrations, provisioning, access governance, and lifecycle management within SailPoint ISC.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design and implement SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) solutions across enterprise environments
•
Configure and manage identity lifecycle (JML) processes
•
Perform application onboarding and connector configurations (Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, AD/Azure AD)
•
Develop and manage access provisioning, aggregation, and certifications
•
Configure and maintain workflows, policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
•
Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues
•
Work closely with application teams, security teams, and stakeholders for integration and onboarding
•
Support audit, compliance, and governance activities
•
Perform data analysis and reporting for access reviews and certifications
•
Participate in migration or upgrade projects (IIQ to ISC, if applicable)
Skill Requirements
Requirements
•
5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm; 3+ years of software implementation experience
•
Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
•
Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners
•
Understanding of IAM protocols- SAML, OAuth, LDAP
•
Willing to work in shifts
Other Requirements
Preferred
•
Strong hands-on ISC implementation & integrations
•
Experience with SCIM, Web Services, JDBC, AD/Azure AD connectors
•
Knowledge of provisioning, aggregation, workflows, certifications
•
Scripting (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, APIs)
•
IAM fundamentals (RBAC, SAML, OAuth)

Ability to work in fast-paced IAM environments

Proactive approach toward automation and improvements
Education
•
Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
•
J2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus
•
SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect is a plus
