What would you like to do?

As a Cultivation Support Worker, you will assist our Head Grower with the daily operations in the greenhouse. Thanks to your efforts, our research team will have more time to focus on crucial crop research and innovations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Caring for and harvesting the tomato plants.
• Cleaning and maintaining the cultivation system.
• Conducting crop and plant measurements.
• Working both independently and as part of a team in the greenhouse.

Who are we looking for?

• Has experience working in a greenhouse, or has a green thumb and an interest in tomato cultivation.
• Enjoys working with your hands.
• Works accurately, swiftly and independently.

You are someone who

You are hands-on, proactive, and enjoy physical work. In addition, you identify with the following:

• You enjoy collaborating in an enthusiastic team.
• You preferably live within 20 km or a 20-minute commute from Ede.
• You have an excellent command of English (C1 level) OR speak Dutch with basic English skills (at least B1 level).
• You are available on workdays between 08:30 and 17:00 (preferably Monday through Wednesday).

• Salary scale 8, step 0-4 depending on experience (€3,243 – €3,795 gross per month based on full-time employment).
• Commuting travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
