What you´ll do

• Be involved in a wide range of HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities)
• Contribute to our success by taking over recruitment processes
• Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements, conduct screenings and interviews with hiring managers, manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms
• Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination - including ordering materials, communicating with internal leaders, managing online communication tools, etc.
• Assist in organizing assessment centers, participate in career fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
• Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations

What makes you a good fit

• Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any other related field
• Problem solving capabilities
• Team working spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Fluency in English, Italian is mandatory

I am interested in several jobs. Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

The job offer is written in English – should I write my application in English as well?

Yes, please. As Henkel is an international company you will be working with colleagues from all over the world and English is our official company language. Generally, the ‘rule’ is: please write the application in the same language as the job ad.
