Senior Manager Global Supply Chain Finance Footprint

Collaborate with the Network Design team to provide financial expertise and guidance for logistics network optimization initiatives. Support the development of financial models and analysis to inform network design decisions. Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the Footprint goals. This includes long-term strategic planning, tactical budgeting, target setting, and ensuring alignment with business and regional finance teams. Partner on strategic decision-making and resource allocation, including risk assessment and action plan development. Performance Analysis and Executive Decision Support: Conduct regular financial analysis to evaluate footprint initiatives performance and provide insights to key stakeholders Cost Management and Productivity: Oversee Global Footprint contribution to Company results, focusing on financial outcomes, productivity initiatives, and savings. Drive automation and implement methodologies and tools for cost analysis and performance measurement. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in logistics or supply chain management. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
