Do you have hands-on electrical experience and a passion for leading technical teams?At Alewijnse, we’re looking for someone ready to take the step toward planning complex installations based on engineering packages. If you're not afraid of a technical challenge on high-end projects – from luxury yachts and offshore platforms to naval and government vessels – then this role might be for you.

What will you be doing?

At Alewijnse, our projects go beyond electrical installations – they also include entertainment, navigation and communication systems, making them complex and technically diverse.

In this role, you’ll lead an entire production team – including electricians, commissioners and work preparators – depending on your experience. As a coaching supervisor, you’ll ensure efficient work organization to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You’ll work closely with the project manager and technical project manager, forming a core leadership triangle at the heart of every project.

A glimpse of your tasks

• Organize and distribute work efficiently within your team, based on project drawings and planning
• Set priorities and prepare clear reports to track progress
• Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers

• have a university degree in Electrical Engineering (additional technical or management training is a plus);
