Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking a Part Time Quality Coordinator to join the team in the Fort Wayne, IN area.
The Part-Time Quality Administrator is responsible for supporting the Quality and Operations teams through the accurate preparation, organization, and electronic management of quality records and documentation. This position will primarily perform administrative quality support functions, including removing staples and preparing paper documents for scanning, digitizing large volumes of records, and filing scanned documents into the appropriate electronic folders in accordance with company standards and record retention requirements. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality when handling company documentation.
REQUIRED
- High School diploma or equivalent required
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager or designee.
