In this senior engineering role, you’ll be working in the R&D department of a company developing high-tech mechatronic modules and high-precision machinery. With customers operating across the semiconductor, medical, analytical, and related high-tech industries, you’ll be working with the latest innovations and technologies.

About

the role

In this role, you are responsible for the complete systems development process, from the initial specification and conceptual design to involvement in cleanroom assembly. You play an active role throughout the entire R&D process, including customer contact, engineering, analysis, testing, and validation.

• Design precision mechanical components and modules.
• Develop complete mechanical assemblies.
• Create 3D CAD models and technical drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform engineering calculations and tolerance analyses.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFM/DFA).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support prototype builds and verification testing.
• Improve designs based on test results and customer feedback.

What are we

looking for

We are looking for experienced engineers with a passion for innovation and high-tech engineering. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams, have a results-driven mindset, and are confident sharing your ideas in an international engineering environment.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Experience with Siemens NX, Creo, SolidWorks or CATIA.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision engineering.
• Familiar with DFM/DFA principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
