Supply Chain Management
Your Tasks
•
Planear y comprar a tiempo los materiales de VAS, Shopper y Marketing necesarios para la producción con maquiladores externos.
•
Generar órdenes de compra y dar seguimiento a proveedores y maquiladores para asegurar entregas puntuales.
•
Gestionar inventarios para mantener stocks de seguridad y reducir material obsoleto o de lento movimiento.
•
Identificar y comunicar riesgos de faltantes o sobrantes, y proponer planes de acción.
•
Validar que los consumos de los maquiladores sean correctos para evitar diferencias de inventario.
•
Colaborar con Demanda, Marketing, Shopper, Procurement y maquiladores.
•
Asegurar que las compras cuenten con autorizaciones y documentación en orden para auditorías.
•
Apoyar en el desarrollo de nuevos proveedores y en mejoras de costos y procesos.
Your Profile
•
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Supply Chain, Administración o afín.
•
1 a 3 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Planeación, Compras, Logística o Inventarios (deseable en consumo masivo/FMCG).
•
Experiencia o conocimiento en planeación de materiales, producción o inventarios.
•
Excel avanzado; deseable SAP, OMP y Power BI.
•
Inglés intermedio.
•
Perfil analítico, con capacidad para tomar decisiones a partir de datos.
•
Orientación al seguimiento, manejo de múltiples prioridades y trabajo bajo presión.
•
Habilidades de comunicación e influencia con distintas áreas.
•
Mentalidad de mejora continua y ganas de crecer hacia Demand Planning u otros roles de Supply Chain.
