Junior Business Analyst

Als Junior Business Analyst word je dé verbindende schakel tussen het ontwikkelteam, de interne

organisatie en onze klanten! In deze zeer afwisselende baan ben je verantwoordelijk voor het

verbeteren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van onze SaaS software Cleopatra Enterprise.

Om Cleopatra Enterprise verder te ontwikkelen ga je met de diverse stakeholders in gesprek en verzamel je informatie over hun wensen voor de software. Ook ga je met klanten in gesprek om feedback te vragen. Dit alles koppel je terug naar de belangrijkste stakeholders en het development team. Je bepaalt samen welke verzoeken mogelijk zijn en binnen welke termijn ze gebouwd kunnen worden.

Skillsets

• Vermogen om (bedrijfs-)processen te analyseren en deze op een duidelijke en effectieve

manier te visualiseren voor verschillende stakeholders;

• In staat en bereid om verschillende nieuwe IT / bedrijfsconcepten te leren;
• Goed georganiseerd en proactief;
• Vloeiend in Nederlands & Engels in woord en geschrift
• Master (Business) Information Management, Technische Bedrijfskunde o.i.d.
• 0-2 jaar ervaring in IT-projectomgeving

Zo schrijf je zelfstandig user stories en bespreek je met het development team welke stories in welke sprint worden opgepakt. Je houdt ervan om te werken in een snelle, jonge omgeving. Je bent een echte teamplayer die het leuk vindt om mensen aan te sturen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Het identificeren en managen van verschillende stakeholders tijdens verschillende

softwareprojecten;

• Project/technische risico’s identificeren en communiceren;
• Verschillende (bedrijfs-) processen analyseren en ontwerpen op basis van deze processen;
• Functionele specificaties maken voor het ontwikkelteam;
• Assisteren bij technische content activiteiten, zoals handleidingen;
