Responsible for monitoring, managing, and coordinating critical incidents across IT infrastructure and business applications to ensure minimal service disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor production environments and identify critical incidents.
Lead incident bridges and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders based on severity.
Provide regular updates to business and leadership teams during outages.
Track incident progress and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
