About this opportunity

As a Test Engineer you qualify complex, high-tech mechatronic systems and modules according to protocol. You are responsible for the final quality of the machines that are shipped to the customer, with ASML as one of the most important end customers.

The company is a global supplier of complex mechatronic systems, founded in 1900 as the Philips machine factories. The work takes place in a cleanroom, in a 2-shift system or in day shift. About 20% of your work is mechanical and 80% of your time is spent testing modules.

Your daily responsibilities

• Qualifying complex mechatronic systems and modules according to protocol
• Connecting, adjusting and calibrating modules
• Performing endurance tests and visual inspections of previous production steps
• Analysing test results
• Preparing and carrying out corrective actions
• Identifying problems at an early stage and contributing to structural process improvements

What you bring

• A completed technical education, preferably with a background in testing, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aviation, automotive or similar (EQF level 3, 4 or 5)
• You enjoy working in a cleanroom
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with PC tools
• An accurate way of working, according to protocol
• No nine-to-five mentality and openness to further training and specialisation
• A persistent, service-oriented team player who always looks for improvements

What you can expect

• Salary between €3,300 and €3,800 gross per month, depending on education and experience
• 20% shift allowance when working in shifts
• 5% ADV allowance on top of your base salary
• 25 holiday days per year
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• The same employment conditions and salary as someone hired directly by the company
• Technix handles the full application process, prepares you for interviews and negotiates your salary
