You will develop as a consultant while deepening your expertise in data and AI. We are looking for people who can connect business challenges with AI & Data-drive solutions and want to grow through hands-on project work and learning.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities
You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver data and AI solutions that address real business needs. Your contribution will vary by project, combining stakeholder collaboration, analysis and hands-on technical work as you develop your expertise.
Depending on the project, you will
- Work with clients through workshops, interviews and analysis to understand their business challenges and translate them into clear data, analytics and AI requirements.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical specialists, aligning requirements, technical choices and intended outcomes.
- Analyze and validate data, turning findings into meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of data and AI solutions, from shaping solution architectures to building and testing AI applications and agents.
- Explore how machine learning, generative AI, cloud and modern data platforms can address real business challenges.
- Help establish the foundations for reliable data and AI, including shared business definitions, consistent metrics and data governance practices.
- Translate technical concepts, analytical results and solution trade-offs into clear presentations and recommendations for different audiences.
- Keep up with emerging developments in data and AI, identifying opportunities that could benefit our clients.

These multidisciplinary teams give you the opportunity to learn from different perspectives while developing your own expertise.

Ready to shape your future with us? | About your application process
- To apply, upload your CV and a motivation letter. You can also include a relevant portfolio. Use your letter to show us your motivation and personality. At EY, we support the use of AI tools, as long as your own tone and unique personality remain visible.
- An introduction over coffee: After your application, we’ll start with an informal coffee chat to get to know each other. It’s an opportunity to learn more about the team and the role, ask questions and explore whether we could be a good match.
- First interview: Before the interview, we’ll ask you to complete an online assessment. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based assessment focusing on both your cognitive skills and behavioral preferences. We’ll discuss the results during the interview.
- Second interview: If we see a match and you’re still enthusiastic, we’ll invite you for a second interview. We’ll dive deeper into the role and discuss a business case, which is a standard part of our selection process. A final interview may also follow.
