About the job

Close ×Let us call you back

At Your.Online, part of Your.World, data is a strategic enabler for our buy-and-build model. As BI Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain the intelligence layer that supports acquisition integration, financial steering, and performance analysis across our portfolio of 90+ companies in Europe and North America.

Your work will ensure that data-driven decision-making is embedded at every level, from local operations to group-wide strategy.

The role in our strategy

Your.Online operates a decentralized model: local companies retain operational autonomy, while the group provides expertise, structure, and long-term capital. Business intelligence is critical to this approach, enabling consistent reporting, scalable integration of acquisitions, and actionable insights for finance, M&A, and segment leadership.

In this role, you will

  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support cross-border performance steering and forecasting.
  • Contribute to the integration of acquired entities onto the BI platform, ensuring alignment with group metrics and reporting standards.
  • Enhance data quality, governance, and reliability — reducing risk and increasing trust in data across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Finance, M&A, and local operations to translate business needs into clear, scalable information solutions.
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI-driven tooling to improve efficiency and analytical depth.

This is an analytical leadership role with direct impact on the performance and trust pillars of our strategy.

Your key responsibilities

  • Insight Delivery — Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical models for international operations.
  • Acquisition Integration — Onboard new entities onto the BI platform, ensuring consistency in metrics and reporting.
  • Data Modelling — Design and implement relational and dimensional data models that support scalable analytics.
  • Data Quality & Governance — Promote data quality standards and master data management across the group.
  • Stakeholder Enablement — Translate business requirements into clear information solutions and support the self-service BI community.

Success in the first year

  • Efficient onboarding: New acquisitions are fully integrated into the BI ecosystem within 30 days, with no disruption to reporting.
  • Unified metrics: Key segments operate on standardized KPIs and dashboards, enabling comparative analysis and benchmarking.
  • Platform maturity: The BI environment achieves measurable improvements in adoption, data quality, and self-service capability.

Your profile

  • 2–3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, preferably in an international, M&A-driven environment.
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Zebra BI, SQL, and Python; experience with Databricks and AI applications is an advantage.
  • Experience in adopting and implementing AI within your own field is an advantage.
  • Analytical and structured: Ability to translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working with Finance, M&A, and local teams to align BI solutions with business goals.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and master data management practices.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.

What we offer

  • Strategic impact: A role where your insights directly influence acquisition success, financial performance, and operational trust.
  • Technical ownership: The opportunity to shape the BI architecture of a fast-growing international group.
  • Professional growth: Development opportunities within Your.World, including exposure to M&A, finance, and segment leadership.
  • Hybrid working: Based in Amsterdam, with flexibility to optimize productivity and collaboration.
  • Competitive compensation: Salary, performance bonus, and pension scheme aligned with your experience and contribution.
