QHSE Manager

"<p>Logoplaste is looking for a QHSE Manager to join our Management team in Elst.</p>

<p>You will be responsible to maintain integrated management system according to different ISO standards & GFSI Schemes, develop and lead high performance team, establish continuous improvement across different processes, strive for highest quality and business excellence.</p>

<p><strong>Tasks / Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p> </p>

<ul>

<li>Responsible for certification of FSSC 22000 / ISO 45001 / 15343</li>

<li>Maintaining RIE requirements and associated documents according ARBO NL law</li>

<li>Performing system audits according ISO / GSI standards</li>

<li>Leading Quality, Food Safety, H&S teams</li>

<li>Support the plant in the implementation of global company standards</li>

<li>Report and lead QHSE KPI’s (Internally & Globally )</li>

<li>Execution and review of various risk and supplier assessments in terms of HACCP, VACCP, TACCP related to food safety</li>

<li>Preparation and reporting of quality statistics, review & proposal for new specification</li>

<li>Lead trials and development of new product with R&D department</li>

<li>Lead automation and digitalization project related to quality</li>

<li>Control of Opex & Capex budget related to department</li>

<li>Train staff and supervisors on accident and injury prevention, product and process safety, and good work practices</li>

<li>Assess and prevent health & safety, environmental hazards and implement appropriate corrective actions</li>

<li>Maintain relationships with relevant external partnerships related to workplace health, safety and environment</li>

<li>Develop an annual business plan to ensure the QHSE Management System meets business and legislated requirements</li>

<li>Develop, train and lead high performance team</li>

<p><u>Profile</u></p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum of a completed relevant higher professional education ( HBO level )</li>

<li>Minimum of 5 years working experience as QHSE Manager</li>

<li>Knowledge & experience with ISO standards & any GFSI Schemes</li>

</ul>

<p> </p>

<p><u>Skills</u><u></u></p>

<ul>

<li>Good knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 15343, FSSC 22000.</li>

<li>Knowledge of ISO 14001 is advantage</li>

<li>Good knowledge of SPC, MSA Studies, Gauge R&R or similar quality techniques</li>

<li>Good knowledge of Quality Tools - 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5S, 5 Why, Brainstorming, FMEA, Kaizen</li>

<li>Good knowledge of database management and documentation control</li>

<li>Experience with Power BI, mySQL is advantage</li>

<li>Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing</li>
