Your role

Do you enjoy bringing structure to a complex planning environment, staying one step ahead, and working with people across different markets and functions?

As a Supply Chain Planner at Interfood, you will make sure our dairy products move from supplier to customer as smoothly as possible. Every day you will work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and warehouses across our international supply chain to coordinate orders, manage planning and keep everything running on schedule.

While much of the planning follows a clear rhythm, every week brings new challenges. One moment you are solving a planning challenge, the next you are speaking with a customer or supplier to find the best solution.

You will be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, commercial environment, with an informal atmosphere and short lines of communication. If you like variety, taking ownership and working closely with others in an international environment, you will feel right at home.

As our new Supply Chain Planner you

• Manage customer and supplier contracts throughout the order process.
• Coordinate incoming customer orders and translate them into an efficient planning.
• Match supply and demand by allocating available products based on forecasts and customer needs.
• Check product details, costs and quality requirements before orders are confirmed.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and warehouses to manage changes and keep everyone informed.
• Identify opportunities to optimise planning and improve our supply chain.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues from Trade, Transport, SC Support, Finance and Quality Assurance.
• Visit customers, suppliers and warehouses to strengthen relationships and improve cooperation and processes.

Your profile

Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and finding solutions when plans change.

You communicate easily with different stakeholders and like working in an international, fast-paced environment.

Experience in a dynamic international environment (or the ambition to build your career in one).

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.

A proactive attitude, the confidence to take ownership of your work and the ability to prioritise, stay organised and keep an overview, even when things change quickly.

An analytical mindset and an interest in using data, ERP systems and AI to work smarter and improve processes.

A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

I like to work out

in the fitness, join my team playing field hockey and spend time with

family and friends. DIY-shops are ones of my favorite to visit in the

weekend. During my holidays you will definitely see me reading a book

on the beach; you might see me skiing down the slope or see me

visiting a city in Europe.
