Job description

We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix ITSM Consultant who is proficient in both Dutch and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain our IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize BMC Helix ITSM applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Document processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

Profile required

Must-have Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English
Valid passport issued by a European Union member state
Minimum of 5 years' experience with BMC Helix ITSM development.

Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Must be eligible to obtain security clearance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other databases is a plus.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred.
Eligibility to security clearance.
