When a production line stops, every minute counts. As a Maintenance Technician, you keep machines and installations available and reliable at one of our client companies in the Dutch manufacturing, food, or high-tech industry.

You combine planned preventive maintenance with the kind of troubleshooting that gets a line running again fast, across mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. It is broad technical work, and you are the one people come looking for.

About

the role

In this role, you are responsible for the technical availability of machines and installations. Part of your week consists of planned preventive maintenance, while the rest is dedicated to solving unexpected breakdowns. You don’t just fix problems—you also help prevent them from happening again by identifying root causes and contributing to long-term improvements.

• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Improve machine reliability.
• Register maintenance activities.
• Support root cause analysis.

What are we

looking for

We are looking for versatile technicians who enjoy solving technical challenges and keeping production running. You have a broad technical interest, work independently, and stay calm under pressure when machines break down.

• Technical EQF level 3 or 4 education.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Flexible for shifts or standby duty.
