As a Mechanical Technician, you keep the machines running that keep Dutch industry moving. You’ll work at one of our client companies in the high-tech, machine building, or manufacturing sector, where you assemble, install, modify, and repair mechanical systems and precision machinery.

The work is hands-on and varied, and no two machines are the same. Whether you are at the start of your technical career or already have years of workshop experience, we’ll match you with a company and technical level that fits you.

About

the role

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with machinery every day. Depending on the client, your work may involve workshop-based assembly, on-site installation, machine modifications, or mechanical repairs. You work from technical drawings and instructions and see the results of your work immediately.

• Assemble mechanical components and modules.
• Install and align machinery.
• Perform mechanical repairs and retrofits.
• Read technical and pneumatic drawings.
• Work with hand and measuring tools.
• Report findings and suggest improvements.

What are we

looking for

We are looking for practical technicians who take pride in delivering quality work. Experience in a mechanical role is an advantage, but a willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality are just as important.

• EQF level 3 or 4 technical education.
• Mechanical or mechatronics background.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Hands-on technical mindset.
• Accurate and safety-conscious.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Flexible for shift work.
