What will you make as customer service employee?

You make it work: you help organize internal or external customer events in which you will also actively participate.

You make it organized: you offer support in securing and logging relevant customer or project information in the Mosa CRM system.
•
You make it service: you help with accepting and registering complaints and help provide solutions for the handling of the complaint.
