• Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Must have the ability to work overtime hours)
• Location: Lebanon

Your Role in Our Mission

• Stages, moves, and prepares materials for

production and storage areas occasionally using powered industrial equipment

while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

• Verifies inventory by: Performing daily picks accurately and

report any discrepancies found immediately to the inventory team.

• Maintains quality service by: Keeping error rates minimal and

within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meet or exceed

all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and

thoroughness of work performed.

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by: Operating all machinery in a safe and

efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or

safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and

procedures.

• Contributes to team effort by: Maintaining a good

attendance record and assisting other departments with miscellaneous duties.

• Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
• Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Basic math functions. Proficient with RP scanner.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred and at least 1 year related experience is preferred.
• Utility knife; counter scale; measuring devices; calculator; RF scanner; computer; cherry (order) picker lift.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
