Key Responsibilities

During the 12-month internship in the Central Dremel Power Tools team, you will have your own project responsibilities alongside supporting the Central Commercial Marketing Management Team EA.

You will develop an understanding into the structure of a Global organization through coordination of Dremel Commercial activities in the EA region.

In this Commercial Marketing role you’re in frequent contact with the Local Commercial Marketing Managers in the different countries, across Europe and Australia.

Job description & responsibilities

Support the Central Commercial Marketing Management team EA in Breda:

• Project Owner: Category management; Software Program
• Project Owner: Instore QR code Accessory Finder: Software Program
• Coordination of the country input of monthly + quarterly Sales Forecast and reporting to Central Commercial Marketing Management team EA
• Propose New Commercial Creative Projects
• Support in Go to Market Planning
• Detailed analysis of market data and sales developments: Sales and Margin Reports, KPI launch tracker, competition
• Work closely together with the entire Central Dremel Department

Jouw profiel

You are currently studying for an International Business-related degree, you’re student in 3th or 4th year and interested in a fulltime internship during 12 months.

• You are connected to an university or high school. You need to sign a document to confirm that this internship is part of your studies.
• You have a commercial mindset and you’re a motivated individual.
• You’re interested in professional AI solutions.
• You’re able to manage projects independently and to show proactive commercial project initiatives.
• You have strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience during your studies and/or previous employment, which demonstrates this.
• You have an excellent level of written and spoken English and potentially some experience with a second language.
• You offer good knowledge in MS office applications, particularly Excel, Power Point, Canvas and other Software programs.

We need an International Energetic, Sales driven and hands-on intern who likes to move forward with new Commercial Marketing ideas and projects.

This internship will give you the opportunity to experience all aspects of an International Global Business environment. You will have international contacts with colleagues around the globe with different cultures and backgrounds.

You will work, in a Dremel intern team, in a dynamic department in the Breda office with an open culture and friendly colleagues. We offer you a versatile internship within a challenging working environment of an international organization. You will be rewarded with an internship allowance and vacation days, so that you can also refuel. We are open to new initiatives and ideas that you bring with you. In addition, there’re plenty of opportunities to work independently on your research (but of course we are happy to think along with you).

We offer

• Diverse full-time internship in a challenging international work environment;
• The compensation is now €1168,50 per month based on full-time including housing allowance. Please note that you’re responsible for arranging and paying for your own accommodation.
• 12 holiday days + national holidays & company closings (f.e. 1 week with XMAS)

Gefeliciteerd met je nieuwe baan! Welkom in uw nieuwe team! Jouw toekomstige manager zal contact met je opnemen over jouw eerste werkdag en je ontvangt uiteraard je arbeidscontract.

Volgende stappen

De eerste paar dagen in een nieuw bedrijf zijn belangrijk. Dus we zullen u begeleiden bij het nemen van uw eerste stappen.

Deze kunnen sterk variëren, omdat ze zijn afgestemd op uw toekomstige functie en locatie. Je ontvangt altijd een individueel introductieplan met een overzicht van alle maatregelen die voor jou belangrijk zijn als je aan het werk gaat.

Samen vooruit

Eventueel krijg je ondersteuning vanuit ons Bosch Buddy-programma. Je Buddy zal je helpen met alle informele aspecten en kan je in contact brengen met waardevolle contacten.

Uiteraard is jouw input ook nodig, omdat we jouw specifieke eerdere ervaring waarderen en ernaar uitkijken om van elkaar te leren.
