Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy team, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a leading role in the continued expansion of our regional business.

Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential property assets, you will lead the delivery of a wide range of building surveying services while developing and strengthening relationships with key clients. As a senior member of the team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue, winning new instructions and identifying opportunities to grow our market presence.

Beyond project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of our Building Consultancy offering in the Midlands. Leveraging both existing relationships and new business opportunities, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Savills to drive strategic growth, enhance our client service offering and raise the profile of the team regionally and nationally. Alongside this, you will mentor and support junior colleagues, helping to develop the next generation of talent within the business.

Our Building & Project Consultancy team provides specialist advice across acquisitions, development, ownership, occupation and disposal of property assets.

With more than 160 consultants advising on buildings and projects across the UK and Europe, we support investors, developers and occupiers across all sectors. Our focus is on delivering practical, value-enhancing advice that helps our clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Our multidisciplinary approach, combined with the strength of the wider Savills network, creates an environment where ambitious professionals can thrive, contribute to business growth and develop long-lasting client relationships.

Recruitment agencies
