Job Description ：

Dealer/Importer importers management and KPI
After-sales customer service and communications
Maintenance, repair and spare parts management
Handling of complaints and warranty cases
Complaint management
Upselling activities
Administration of master data and product evaluations
Market analysis

Requirements：

A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in managing third-party/regional distributors/importers.
Previous aftersales management experience in OEM may be advantageous.
Familiar with the Eastern European market.
Strong industry regulations, restrictions, and laws knowledge, Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
English can be used as a working language, and proficiency in other languages, such as Polish or Czech, will be a plus.
