Are you looking for a Production Operator job in Breda? Do you enjoy working in shifts and want to contribute to the production and packaging of life-changing medicines?

We are looking for motivated Production Operators to join an international pharmaceutical company in Breda. You will work on manual production and packaging lines, ensuring medicines are handled, labelled and packaged safely according to strict GMP quality standards.

The position is currently available in a 2-shift schedule, with additional opportunities in 3 shifts and potential future opportunities in a 5-shift schedule.

What we offer

Gross monthly salary from €3,400 till €4,200, including shift allowance
Fixed 13th-month payment and annual performance bonus
8% holiday allowance
25 vacation days plus 5 additional days off between Christmas and New Year
Travel allowance of €0.29 per kilometre (up to 35 km one way)

What will you do?

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for manual production and packaging activities, ensuring that medicines meet strict quality and safety requirements.

Your main responsibilities include

Performing manual packaging, labelling and production activities
Operating and preparing manual production lines
Performing quality checks according to GMP guidelines
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Completing production documentation, batch records and logbooks
Identifying and reporting deviations or quality issues
Cleaning and maintaining production areas and equipment
Working closely with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient production

What are we looking for?

Minimum MBO Level 2 education or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing or packaging
Basic knowledge of GMP and working according to SOPs
Good command of the English language
Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (3-shift opportunities are also available)
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks
Experience with SAP or MES is an advantage
