We’re looking for a Sourcing Engineer who enjoys supplier lifecycle management, commercial negotiation and market analysis, turning category procurement strategies into solid, measurable cost‑saving and supply‑chain stable results. In this role, you will stand at the intersection of material supply, cost optimization, quality control and global business, helping Nefab China deliver stable, cost‑effective and high‑quality material supply for our sustainable packaging and logistics solutions. You will be based in Wuxi, China, and you will report to Outsourced Products Sourcing Manager China. You will work closely with local engineering, production, sales, Customer Service & Quality teams as well as our global organization. Your daily work will cover supplier sourcing & evaluation, commercial negotiation, raw‑material market tracking, cross‑functional alignment, supply risk assessment and supplier performance improvement. You will take solid ownership of your sourcing categories while never working alone — you belong to a supportive, down‑to‑earth team focused on getting things done together.

Your responsibility

In this role, you are responsible for assigned category sourcing work, driving cost saving targets, securing stable material supply and continuously lifting supplier performance in support of local business development. You manage end‑to‑end supplier activities, track raw‑material market dynamics, and ensure sourcing work follows internal compliance and process standards for stable supply, cost optimization and operational efficiency.

• Be responsible for category procurement activities including supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection and performance management.
• Conduct commercial negotiation on pricing, terms & conditions to achieve cost‑saving targets.
• Cooperate with engineering, production and sales teams to align material requirements.
• Monitor market trends of raw materials, identify supply risks and propose mitigation solutions.
• Work together with CS& Quality team to drive continuous improvement on supplier quality, lead‑time and total cost.

Your profile

• Background in procurement, packaging or manufacturing‑related industry is preferred.
• Hands‑on commercial negotiation experience.
• Competent oral & written English for daily global business communication.
• Good stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Familiar with procurement workflows; comfortable working with data and structured processes focusing on compliance, risk awareness and result delivery.
• A collaborative mindset and interest in working with multicultural and global teams on shared supply‑chain objectives.
